この酒器は樹齢100年前後の天然ヒノキを用いています。
抜群の保温力と独特の香りがあり、使えば使うほど独特のツヤが生まれ、手馴染みがよくなってきます。
表面は藍をグラデーションで施し、仕上げは食品衛生法をクリアし、人体環境にも優しいトップコートで仕上げ、色落ちや色移りもありません。
